Sinking Iran’s Frigate IRIS Dena and the Law of Naval Warfare

the IRIS (islamic Republic of Iran Ship) dena sank an Iranian navy frigate in the international waters about 20 nautical miles off the southern coast of Sri Lanka. it was struck by an MK-48 torpedo, resulting in a large exodus. the islamic warship had just participated in an international naval exercise, MILAN 2026, and the international fleet review in India.
